Don't know if you've found anything as of yet, but we use Smart Service for dispatching and scheduling. It really does a lot , but depending on how many users you have it's not "cheap." But I would say it's well worth the expense. What we really like about it is that it is integrated with QuickBooks and has an iphone/ipad add on app called iFleet which lets us dispatch jobs and customer information to our techs in the field via text message.
