Please post the model numbers of your current indoor and outdoor units. If you have some basic mechanical skills replacing a blower motor is usually a simple 1-2 hour job. A leak definitely needs to be located and repaired. Eggs will know whether you can find the leak before fixing the blower so you have an idea what you are looking at.

And I just found a Trane manual that says a 3/4 HP is called for in this unit - so match the one you have - attached. Sorry for the confusion.
