Would like to bounce an idea, if you don't mind? Hello I'm D.

Hope to get feedback on the best way to insulate over an existing concrete slab that is on grade, so as we can be sure to radiate the heat up and through the floor covering.
I would like to not raise the floor more than 2" or maybe 2 1/2". Is there anyone that knows a good R-valued Thermo/vapor barrier that is of minimum Thickness?
