Question on y to y2 jumper to increase fan speed
Goodman gas furnace and heat pump
The ac blower speed is way too slow.
The board has a yellow and black wire ,,
Y and Y2
If I jumper y to y2 that should put blower to hi speed correct ?
The Honeywell prestige stat has the option of two stage heat ( which it’s using ) and two stage cool
But I think the heat pump is single stage
I’m just trying to increase the blower speed
It’s super slow now

Jumping Y to Y2 should not increase the blower speed. It was designed originally for 2 stages of cooling. If you have the model number of the unit, we can give better details.
