I have been working on a Delfield reach in freezer, Model #6151-s. I just cannot get it to cool. First the compressor burnedout, so I replaced it along with the filter dryer, evacuated the system to 300 microns and weighed in the 17.5 ounzes of R-404a as listed on the spec tag. when I sterted the unit I was getting 8+ lbs. suction pressure and about 246 head pres. with a supper heat of over 100 deg. F.
Chapter 2 I reclaimed the refrigerant then installed a new cpr and both cap tubes. Now I have 22 lbs. suction and 267 head. with a super heat of about 83 deg. F. can anyone tell what is my problem.

Did you replace with the same compressor model?
Was it a bad burn out?
If real bad Did you flush the system?
Did you install a suction filter?
Is the drier the same size as the factory installed?
Why did you change the CPR and cap tubes? (Contaminated?)
Is the defrost timer operating OK?
Is it stuck in defrost?
Are the defrost heaters on when refrigeration cycle is on?
Has anyone serviced this unit before you?
Are you sure of the amount you weighed in?
