One of our customers has recently outsourced their entire facilties operation to a company named FM Facilities Management which is located in Hartford Connecticut.
They seem to have some pretty extreme controll procedures and claim to save their clients 11% on their facilities costs.
I and curious if there are any contractors here who do work for FM and what kind of experiences they have had with FM Facilites Management.
