Hi Zach and Barbie

Hi ! We are a small family owned HVAC and Plumbing company. We are located in the East Mountains and have a customer who needed a boiler installation. He had told us he needed to borrow the the money from his boss so we had him prepay for the parts before starting the job. We understood he had borrowed the whole amount. After we finished the install he tells us he can’t pay the rest and wants to make 600 payments a month until his 3800 balance is paid in full. We want to help our community but the most time we have ever really giving anyone is 30 days , thats usually how our commercial customers pay. We are not sure how to handle the situation . Can anyone gives us some advice on to handle it. We want to be compassionate but don’t feel comfortable with taking payments for 3 to 6 months
