vvt gen 2 software


Working on old carrier vvt gen 2 units-ccn 3.0 will not work/any body have a copy of P C Command or VVT Gen 2 software-have a cut sheet
for the t-stats 0 to 9 - a to f1 to f15. Thanks

of ccn3.0 compaired to service tool iv ?

The older Carrier systems...GEN1, 2, & 3 plus the newer Carrier Comfort products are very complex.

Advice here would to be not fool around with it unless you have been trained and have adequate experience. I seen plenty of CCN systems that are messed up b/c the installers/servicers do not understand the system.

Having the software simply enables an individual to change parameters. This is a mistake if the serviceer does not have a full understanding of how both VVT & VAV systems differ and should operate, understanding the applications of zone dampers, series boxes, parallel boxes, etc.

CCN is great however b/c so many attempt to work on them/install them w/o the proper knowledge, many customers literally hate CCN.
