Cambridge random resets

Looking for anyone who has experienced problems with Cambridge S series heating unites with repeated reset problems. This problem has occurred on a number of our unites repeatedly. Factory tech say should not be happening with not much help,

Check for correct inlet gas pressure. If to high on start up flame can reach sample tube and cause high limit trips.
