The soft sale works best for my guys... The more you teach the customer the better they feel about you... There are so many guys you are hard sellers trying to get the sale before they leave the house and it seems that the educated consumers really do better with the soft sell.. In Florida there is an FPL rebate because energy is not deregulated and that helps with the upgrade in system because the consumer basically gets a more expensive system for the same price as a lower end model...
