Health Insurance
The new health ins. bill that just passed has opened some questions for me.
As I understand it states that a company that has 25 or less employees will get a tax credit of 30% against the cost of health insurance. After the year 2012, they will get a tax credit of 50%. My concern is that with my 30 employees the law gives me no tax credit. It doesn't mention anything else until you have 50 employees or more. Please check with your insurance companies to see what they are saying. Whether you agree or disagree with the bill, it should be fair to all. I pay $100,00.00 per year for health insurance for our coworkers, but I will not get any tax break. I'm not talking about a write off. It is a tax credit. |

Re: Health Insurance
Seems you are paying a LOT... Have you shopped your rates... I do it almost every year and almost always get a reduction over the previous year...
