Combustion Analyzer Check list

Hi all.

Looking at separating my company from the others and also covering my azz.

I am wanting to advertise that we use a Combustion Analyzer on every furnace service call.

The part that I am interested in is does anyone have a generic check list to go through when using a CA.

I am wanting check list not only to cover my companies azz but to also ensure that my employee's do the checks.

Any help or advise would be helpful

Instead of a check list. Probably better off getting training for yourself and your employees. So that thy and you know what the readings mean.

a good CA will have the ability to print the results, proving the work was done...

O2, Flue temp, and CO are the main readings you want.

A printer will not print the most important thing in every combustion analysis.
