I tend to get high blood pressure so I radiate heat most of the time.

Hi radiantrob the only radiant job I did was a geo to radiant for a home in belmont ma.. I did alot of on the job training. but I enjoyed it

Hope to get feedback on the best way to insulate over an existing concrete slab that is on grade, so as we can be sure to radiate the heat up and through the floor covering.
I would like to not raise the floor more than 2" or maybe 2 1/2". Is there anyone that knows a good R-valued Thermo/vapor barrier that is of minimum Thickness?

Check out "ASTROFOIL" reflective insulation.
