up load picture profile

Can't seem to upload my picture profile from my pictures it says upload failed. When I try to do it from photo bucket it says invalid file. I got my avatar to up load but not my picture. Need help. Thank you very much.

Save the image you want to upload from Photobucket to your Desktop. And then try to upload the same. It may work.
