Default High electric bill

I guess I can not blame My heat pump for the increase in electric from 1400KW TO 4200KW . I am glad it is time to unplug them.

This pic was before I put up the window lights.

Strange. I could see it on the laptop I posted it on. I looked on a different computer and I could not see it untill I logged in. I will try and figure it out. Otherwise it is just some Christmas lights. You should be able to see them in my album untill I figure this out.
