Safety as Sales Point?

Hey guys,

My name's Pete, I'm new to the forum and hope I'm posting in the right place..

Anyways, I was wondering if any of you have experience using your company's safety standards as a talking point during consultations? I haven't tried it but I'm curious to see how customers respond to it.

It works when it's presented as a benefit to the customer.

Most dont really care, which is sad. Unless you can show how it makes it cheaper for them then it may be best to leave it out.
