United sells them, just looking for other mechanics input as to how they are. Thanks

Sorry but,I had never heard about this company. In my opinion Ductless is the best split air conditioner makers.

Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, Sanyo, Haier, Amana, Friedrich are the big dogs as far as I know. Anything else I would be pretty leery of.

To be honest there probably aren't even that many names in the business several of the names I just mentioned are rebrands of other manufacturers on that list <.<

Unless you can determine that Thermal Zone is a re-brand of one of the major trusted brands, be very cautious. Of course, if you can get a reputable supplier to back it up, then you can breathe a little easier. But the rework is still your dollar if the unit is a lemon. :(

UNITED REFRIGERATION sells them so I think most products sold by United are reputable. They have to stand by them.
