We have a carrier infinity heat pump in our home for 2 years now. Its a great system in providing comfort to the home, but seems to require more maintenance than our previous carrier system did.

i was with company that was a lannox dealer.
heat pumps are nice because they are quiet.
have had issues with their circuit boards.
they are also more expensive, so you need second less expensive brand to carry as well
i would rate them a 7
